Odyssey Energy Solutions, an end-to-end distributed energy technology platform, has announced its partnership with Topway New Energy, a China-based lithium battery manufacturer.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both entities as they join forces to introduce innovative renewable energy products to the African market. Solar companies can now acquire Topway New Energy batteries under the procurement credit initiative, which provides flexible payment plans, making Topway products more accessible.
It allows solar companies to put only 15% down at the time of order, then Odyssey handles all the ordering and importation with Topway New Energy, then companies have 30-60 days to pay the balance once equipment has arrived in-country or in the port of destination.

By integrating all necessary components into a single BESS unit, this eliminates the need for complex assembly and configuration.
